Choosing a format

Three ways to join, depending on your team

Live online cohorts run over video call and suit teams spread across locations or working hybrid schedules. Small in-person sessions are also available in Wrocław for teams who prefer to sit in the same room.

A self-paced review track gives access to recorded material and short reference sheets for anyone who has already completed a cohort and wants a refresher. None of the formats require prior technical study.

Groups typically range from four to ten participants per cohort.

Before the first session

What actually happens after you reach out

  1. Step 1

    Describe your starting point

A short message about your team's current comfort level with spreadsheets and shared tools is enough to begin. There's no need to prepare anything formal.

  2. Step 2

    Receive a suggested starting point

Based on that description, a recommended format and rough syllabus is shared back. This usually arrives within a few working days.

  3. Step 3

    Confirm a schedule

A handful of proposed dates and times are matched against your team's calendar. Sessions are scheduled once a time works for enough participants.

  4. Step 4

    Join the first session

A calendar invite with a video link arrives ahead of time, along with any documents needed for that week's exercise. No separate account creation is required beforehand.

What you actually receive

Short, reusable reference material

Each module comes with a one or two page reference sheet covering the terms and steps used that week. These are meant to be reopened later, not read once and filed away.

Sample spreadsheets and documents used in exercises stay available afterward, so a formula can be re-examined outside of the live session. Nothing is locked behind a separate learning platform.

A note on technical setup

If you're worried about the tech side, that's expected

A short setup check happens at the start of each cohort to confirm everyone can access the shared documents and video call comfortably. Anyone who runs into trouble gets individual help before the group moves on.

Most participants use whatever laptop or desktop they already have at work. There's no requirement to install anything unfamiliar in advance.
